Dr. Samuel Golpanian gives ‘Moesha’ Actress Shar Jackson a Makeover

Inside Edition went along with Shar as she visited Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Samuel Golpanian for her makeover. On the day of surgery, the doctor marked where he will perform liposuction. He’ll also take fat from her arm and transplant it to her butt.
